• Players start on the goal line. 

  • The drill should be completed at a good pace (80-90% sprint speed).

  • Player completes 1-4 in that order, running to the first line at 18 yards, touching the line then heading back to the goal line. Continue to repeat with 2 next, then 3 and finally 4.

  • Complete this sequence 3 times before resting for 2-3 minutes. Repeat the above a total of 3-5 times.

  • Add a ball.
